Group Basketball Training with 3rd World Coaches & Trainers. Groups will assigned based upon athlete's skill levels. Training Days will be Monday & Thursdays at 5pm at 730 17th St.

Our Summer Strength & Conditioning Program is a professionally structured off-season training experience designed for dedicated athletes ages 10 through college. This program is focused on total body transformation—building strength, improving speed and agility, and increasing overall athletic performance to give athletes a competitive edge when the season returns.

Through expert coaching, progressive programming, and a results-driven environment, athletes will develop the physical and mental discipline necessary to maximize their off-season. Each session is built to improve power, mobility, endurance, and injury resilience—key elements for long-term athletic success.
